As you will be able to recognize, members of our law firm possess strong academic credentials and are members of professional groups devoted to the representation of claimants and plaintiffs. These professional groups include the National Organization of Social Security Claimants', Representatives (NOSSCR), the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group (WILG). Attorneys with the firm are in leadership positions within several of these and other associations and have developed expertise in their subject areas. They also participate in numerous legal seminars each year involving the areas of workers' compensation, social security, personal injury and employment law, and have been frequent contributors to those seminars.
